Recently one of the managers at my work passed away. Very well known and well liked man in a building of 300+ employees. 90+ employees signed up for celebration of life that the company coordinated with the family. Company realized thats to many and their stance now is ” (manager name) came to work everyday, so we should all honor him by being at work” Really made me crack up, they are so unwilling to lose one day of sales or struggle one bit. Don't know if this belongs here but companies suck.
