First post. Is it time to go?

I work at a continuing care retirement community in the Midwest. In the last 5 years I have: Been physically attacked by a independent resident (bruise on chest from finger being drilled into ribs) Called an idiot/useless/incompetent I work on average 3000+ hours a year Never miss work Positive/kind Take 1 week a year off I am a salaried employee (no pay for OT) hourly figures out to about $13.75 hr over a year Get yelled at and bullied by residents (nothing is ever good enough Feel exhausted all the time. I am so done right now. Feel like my mental health is being effected Is it time to quit? Am I being exploited?
