It is becoming much clearer that most middle management is either reckless or get away with pretty much everything. At my current workplace, managers were just made managers because they were with the company the longest. No human skills and yet, they seem to still work at the place. I hear a similar trend happening across all industries. I wonder who ‘polices the police’?
