social conditioning of the elderly is next level

I work for Walmart one of the most evil corporations on the face of the planet, half of our staff consists of old people who came out of retirement to come back to work at the stocking and maintainance positions here on my shift. I asked the old man on maintenance why he came out of retirement and he said “What else would I do.” To which I replied; “Anything that doesn't involve working for Walmart..” I don't get these older people if I were retired I'd be collecting my check and having fun every day living free I'd probably have alot more time to develop my own ways to make money… talk about Stockholm syndrome.. does anyone else experience these type of zombies working a shit job? 🤔
