UK – I had some time off on Monday due to chest pains & shortness of breath (24M with a heart condition) and Dr has requested a follow up on Friday, I asked this to be at 12 so I could take it around my lunch and not miss any work.
Manager has now demanded that I show my ‘appointment card’ to prove that I have to go to an appointment on my lunch break. I’ve not seen an appointment card in my life, always get told the time verbally and it’s on me to write it down/remember.
Do I need to prove this to him somehow?
