So, I was supposed to start a job this week. Went through all the orientation, paperwork, etc. last week.
Sunday, I started feeling poorly and it turns out you can get that virus even when you're vaxed and boosted, it just keeps you out of the hospital on a ventilator.
I do the responsible thing and snap a pic of my diagnosis (from a hospital, not a home test) to send to my supervisor. I get an email at 8:30 Monday morning stating that my offer has been terminated and absolutely no communication about the hours I already worked.
I'm just so frustrated.
