Ok so I don't feel like rewriting everything but I'll sum things up and send a link to my OG post on the Am I the Asshole reddit. I had a coworker threatening amd cussing me out daily. I went to my boss for over a month and he did nothing. I went over his head and the issue got handled immediately. My boss then proceeds to chew me out for going above his head and doubled my work for a week before sending someone to help and this person was his spy. I gave him false info that went to my boss and I proved that I hadn't done that and that guy was fired. That's the full story so far.
