The staffing crisis is not a valid reason as to why you’re handing me the duties of 5 people and still paying me as one. The staffing crisis is not a valid reason to keep me past my hours to finish things that are not my job. And the staffing crisis is not a valid reason to guilt trip those who aren’t taking that shit.
