How to deal with this toxicity?

I started a new job in December as an operations manager. Small company. 2 shifts that overlap an hour. It is owned by a guy my age who is there about 5 hours a week. His brother is COO and my direct boss. He can only say what’s up or have a good night. No other direct feedback or training or communication. The HR rep hangs out with the owner and COO on weekends. The situation has turned into complete silence from the shift before me and they are openly criticizing my work in front of our team behind my back in a highly unprofessional manor. I acknowledge I’ve made some mistakes but they seem to get worse as I am pulled new directions and the feedback I continue to get is “stop fucking up”.
Is this a situation worth trying to continue in? Would it even be worth confronting some of these behaviors?
