Antiwork

I got written up today over things that are company problems, not me problems. I’m at a loss for words.

I’m really not at a loss for words. I’m pulling out my resume and I’m done. The company i work for is having growing pains, mistakes happen while the president figures it out. I get it. What’s not okay? Blaming those mistakes on your employees for unacceptable performance, when I’m doing nothing wrong. I’m following your policy, if you don’t remember what you said or what it is, that’s not on me. I know I make mistakes, but when you’re admitting that the company has issues to address and then writing me up for those very issues INSTEAD OF ADDRESSING THEM. My faith in you is gone. You asked me if I’m happy here while writing me up, are you kidding me? I’m too overqualified for this and underpaid anyway. Peace, An employee who is really holding half the client load together
