Found this gem on a Facebook group. Shows how ziprecruiter screws applicants

I just want to give a bit of an insight into my experience with ZipRecruiter. I feel it is relevant to those of us hiring and to candidates. I posted an ad for a toddler teacher with them, and they guaranteed me a specific number of views for the $400 a month I was going to pay. 1/2 way through, we were at 17 views, nowhere near what I was told.

I called them to see what we needed to adjust, and I was told that I needed to change the location of my school to say a more populated area. They insisted I change our location to Denver. I explained that we are in Parker, and that is quite a ways from Denver, especially with gas prices so high. I told them I felt that was a bait and switch and unethical. They told me that it was my best option and I should also interview them in Denver and then tell them that they have been hired for Parker.

I feel that candidates especially need to know this is happening. If you look on ZipRecruiter please confirm the location of the school prior to wasting your time.
