I work at a private school as a custodian on night shift. We had a team of 5 custodians to start. But over time more have quit so it left me with own other custodian and a night supervisor.
Well as of June 20th the supervisor is quitting, and my other coworker is quitting soon after.
So it leaves me on nights for the next month or two until they hire someone else, the school doesn't pay well at $13hr so it's unlikely we'll find help soon, so I'm at a loss on what to do and kidna scared as I don't have anything else lined up, and I ntodays economy I'm afraid to leave.
Does anyone have any advice on what I should do?
