So after working for a nonprofit for several years and doing high quality work with excellent proven results, I recently gave my two weeks notice because I’m overworked and underpaid. Now my employer is posting my same exact position/job but with an upgraded title. I have been asking for this managerial title for months since I took on so much work due to people leaving. I asked for a raise and a title change, nothing outlandish. Now that I’m leaving they’re posting my exact job with the title I asked for. That’s so lame and disappointing. What do I do? Just roll with it and look forward to greener pastures?
