If a job doesn't list a wage its because they know its so low that no on will take it. They will waste your time to interview and hope that you just take the job because either you need it or you wasted your time and might as well. When they say “competitive wage” its not competitive at all its usually not even close to industry standard. I had a job call me desperately begging for me to interview they kept saying competitive wage and industry standard to which I replied if you're not going to tell me the pay I won't interview finally they offered me 18 bucks so laughable job interviews are wasting peoples time and saying they want to find people who would do this job that don't care about the money. News flash people only work for money
