5 coworkers quit, and it’s taking everything in me not to do the same

I work at a supermarket as a cashier for 12/hr (really 10 after deducting taxes) and I’m a closer who works alone 90% of the time and it’s so stressful. I literally dread working and customers constantly threaten me, call for managers who are nowhere to be found when needed, and don’t care that I’m the only worker on the floor and can’t comprehend that I can’t be at multiple places at once. I’m trying to keep pushing since there aren’t many opportunities where I live, especially making double digits but I don’t know how much longer I can take it. I just hate feeling like a failure for not wanting to experience unnecessary stress, plus I don’t have a car yet so I use Ubers since cabs are too scared to go to that side of town in fear of being robbed. How do I make this job more…
