My mom had a coworker die in front of her and still had to finish her shift.

As the title states my mom watched her coworker die in front of her and had to finish her shift. She manages a gas station/truck stop off the interstate close to where she lives. My dad is disabled and she has been taking him to and from doctors for years now. Two days ago after dropping him off back at home she returned to work where she saw a coworkers vehicle parked behind the building. When she go closer to the car she noticed that he had his head hanging out of the window and was gasping for air. She told me that she was yelling at him to stay with her but he sadly left this world. Instead of closing the station/store the owners made her keep working for another two hours before she was able to go home.
