As human race, we :
1. Used humans as slaves and treated them like literal property.
2. Abolished slavery and eventually opened up to include more people as equal to one another.
3. Invented technologies and things to make human lives easier and happier cause we were fucking tired of living in poverty, diseases, dirt and hunger
4. Abolished dictatorships, colonialism and monarchy from most of the world so that the people have a better say for themselves
5. Started employing people as our colleagues so that we could get our work done and the other person could earn for the work they did. Everything seems fair and good till now. Everyone seems happy, hopeful and fine.
- Started thinking that the ones providing work are superior to the ones who are actually doing it.
- The ones wanting-and needing-their work done, started behaving as if they were the special ones and the ones who actually did the work mattered less than them.
- Started undermining the ones who got all the work done, step by step.
- Kept climbing up the entitlement ladder and told the very foundation of our systems to be grateful they were still able to afford food, shelter and clothing.
- Kept pushing unnecessary “enjoyments” into everyone's face, which always had a price to pay, and we knew it would sell because the daily conditions of an average worker are so bad that they'd give anything for a piece of happiness and relief for themselves and their families.
- Eventually stopped giving the absolute basic human rights like medications and education for free or even a reasonable price.
- We made FOOD AN ITEM OF LUXURY! THE UTTER NECESSITY OF HUMAN EXISTENCE! If we want to be able to afford good food, we'd have to obey to everything that our work tells us to do, while we are the ones doing the work.
- WE FUCKING CREATED A HOUSING CRISIS!! It gets wilder. What the FUCK does one person need 15 houses for? Just so that there can be an artificial shortage of houses and the prices could skyrocket? What for?
- People can no longer afford housing. Rental or purchase. So, people sleep out on the streets, just to get by in their miserable lives.
- We make homelessness an illegal thing?? I mean, WTF dude, YOU created the situation of homelessness for thousands. And now YOU are the ones saying its illegal. And when asked to be paid enough to afford a roof, we are told to be fucking grateful for whatever we already have? Its like, tossing a coin which has heads on both sides! How the fuck is anyone supposed to beat this shit?
- By putting homeless people into state-funded prisons, we are making it legal to treat them like slaves, where they don't have any human right, or any decency, and are forced to generate profit for their masters? What for? Just because they got trapped in a problem their employers, with the help of the law created?
So, we came a full fucking cycle as a race. Workers are treated the same as slaves, if not worse. Given just enough food and money to get by, so that we do not die off too quickly before generating billions and trillions of profits for those assholes. Given no chance of an escape, as anywhere you turn, this system catches you up. Absolutely no real freedom, as everything we see, read, hear, eat, or even speak, goes through a thousand filters and censors and only that is catered to us in the name of “fun” which is either profitable to them or makes us horribly ignorant of our actual living conditions. Forced to produce children, take care of them, prepare them for the same (or worse) fate as ours so that the “economy” doesn't crash due to “worker shortage”. Treated as nothing more than a fucking piece of stone used to build a multi-trillion dollar mansion no one ever asked for, which overlooks a swarm of rotting humans, forced to keep this cycle well-greased.
