My company is asking for corporate “volunteers” to work OT in our warehouse…

Using a throwaway account just in case. I work in the corporate office of a large company with primary operations in North America. Over the past few weeks, the higher-ups have been asking for “volunteers” from corporate to help at the warehouse, doing inventory and shipments.
