I work at a small but very busy sign company in Midwestern America doing graphic design full-time and I currently get paid $16.50/hour. My bosses started me off at $15/hour when I joined a year ago, I would be making $16/hour if I hadn't pointed out that I could make more at Amigos or Starbucks (I wanted to start at $20 since I had just graduated with a Bachelor's degree, but it's probably an Associate's-level job and I wanted to secure something right after college so I accepted regardless). Is this reasonable pay, or am I in the right to want at least $20/hour? Also, this business has four employees (two of which are the owners), and we never have sales reviews, which seems kind of sketch. Any input appreciated! Sorry for the novel
