Antiwork

In a perfect world, all workers would receive a percentage of profits as wages, as opposed to a static hourly wage.

When you think about it, it just makes so much more sense. You'd always be being paid appropriately according to the market. It's really how capitalism should probably work. Additionally it would have benefits for employers, as workers would be far more likely to want to work hard, provide good service, and create value. It just really doesn't make sense for me how that vast majority of workers salaries remain completely static while companies make more and more profits every year. Obviously this wouldn't work for NPOs, hospitals, and government roles, but it would absolutely work for profit driven organizations.
