Multiple applications & interviews with a very high profile Investment Bank that has a 2 letter acronym of MS yet my applications which were made almost 3+ years ago are still assigned “submitted & being reviewed” status. What’s worse is I thought that may have been the exception and re-applied for different roles which lead to further interviews that ended on “we will be in touch next week with our decision” and here I am many months later with the same outcome yet ironically I still get their automated emails asking me to apply for further roles….
