I found an office position within Amazon recently and after I completed their application I was met with this. A 1-1.5hrs assessment/job preview. I don't know about most of you but that's a hard pass from me.
Now their system keeps reminding me to finish the assessment via email and I've already moved on to other opportunities.
Pay for the position was approximately $20/hr handling accounts that were pending deactivation.
A couple days later and I found another position with a different company that I am super passionate about and pay for them is between $22-26/hr.. no assessment test and the application was pretty much filled out once I uploaded my resume. So yeah, fuck this!
