Job has destroyed my will to live

Pretext: I work for a call center 11,243 calls. That is the amount of calls I took over the course of a year working for a Fortune 500 company. 1 year and 4 months in and I'm done. I now understand why former coworkers were quitting without notice. After slaving on the phones for $15 an hour for 9 hours, 5 days a week, 45 hours a week (Mandatory overtime), my old manager a few months ago congratulated me for my stellar annual performance, being one of the top performers. The long awaited bonus ladies and gentlemen, an hourly 0.38¢ raise which brought my hourly rate to a fantastic $15.38, all while they were bringing in new hires at $16.00 an hour. 11,243 calls.

I refuse at this stage to put in 1 more year for another 0.38¢ pay raise. The company I work for gives you 14 paid days off which is great, but here's the catch. You have to schedule days off 6-7 MONTHS in advance and if you dare use your paid time off without having scheduled it during their ridiculous vacation bid, they'd penalize you for it with points.

I have a new manager now and today he came to me and said I've accumulated too many points for using my paid time off to maintain my sanity. He expects me to sign a written warning and lectured me for 30 minutes. Managers get unlimited paid time off and all they do with each passing month is attend meetings all day, and it absolutely sickened me to my stomach hearing him talk. I'm so fed up and tired with this garbage company. They've upskilled me 2 times now, but I'm still making earning the same.

Working a call center has made me detest interacting with the general public, and at this stage I'm looking to get into something that has little to no human interaction, probably not the forum to ask but I'm fuming right now and wanted to get this off my chest. I am on the cusp of a mental breakdown at this stage.
