Guerrilla corporate take-down

Hi. This is my first time posting here. Yes, this is a throwaway account for obvious reasons. Please be kind. Some background: I worked/slaved for almost 3 years for a company. I was hired at a senior position in 2019. 2020: COVID struck and I completely understand that increments/ bonuses were held back. 2021: The company (including the team I worked in) exceeded its targets. There were emails about increments and bonuses from the global CEO. Even I met my financial goals & other targets for the year. I have worked in this industry for over a decade. I've witnessed and worked with all kinds of bosses and business heads. The company I work for has just gotten more and more toxic with each passing year. There were 110 staff when I joined. Today, there are ~ 40. Almost everyone I have spoken to is unhappy and has left. Everyone…

Hi. This is my first time posting here. Yes, this is a throwaway account for obvious reasons. Please be kind.

Some background:

I worked/slaved for almost 3 years for a company. I was hired at a senior position in 2019.

  • 2020: COVID struck and I completely understand that increments/ bonuses were held back.
  • 2021: The company (including the team I worked in) exceeded its targets.

Everyone has had a similar experience:

  • Slaved away/ long hours/ crazy over time
  • Abysmal work-life balance
  • Burn out/ health issues/ sometimes hospitalization (including myself)
  • Little/ no increments/ bonuses

I won't bore you with more information. I'm sure you get the picture. Poor word-of-mouth from ex-employees is too passive as an approach.

What I want to do: Covert, guerilla or solo corporate take-down i.e., to ensure that no one/ as few people join this organization because it is a horrible place to work. Yes, it's for selfish reasons, but honestly, no one should have to put up with it.

What I need help with: Other than poor Glassdoor reviews, what else can I do whilst protecting my identity?

Note: this company is European. My focus is only on the office in South East Asia. The laws here don't offer much help/ support to employees so filing a complaint with the Government is not worth the effort.
