Inflation is highest in US. All the companies have taken prices up to absorb and rather increase margins in this situation of inflation. None of the companies seem to pass the price increases to salary increases of employees at any level. If they have already accounted inflation in there price ups why cant it be passed to employees ? Isnt ppl cost accounted for in any calculations for these companies ? This is so sad – company's book remain neutral but employees cost of living has gone way high and only they suffer
