Work in the field im passionate about or work in the field that pays the bills? (Dillema)

Heres some context to the title: Currently im working at a hotel as one of the hosts. This pays me 2200 euros a month. i studied for this and since i love the athmosphere of hotels i thought i'd be doing this my entire life. But with everything getting more expensive and the hotel industry dying (covid, airbnb etc.) im extremely tempted to switch carreer fields. Now my brother owns a ” small scale” investment firm with about 45 employees and offered me a job. Heres the issue: The law states you can't have someone in a position handling large amounts of other people's money without the proper qualifications.

We did some research and the fastest way to get qualified is to do a masters programme (Finance) for 2 years.

Now here is where the question comes back in: Considering my brother pays 3500 a month for a starter (an instant 1300 euro a month improvement once i start) is it worth working 4 days a week and studying 1 day a week living even tighter than i already am doing right now ( it would literally be paycheck by paycheck these 2 year)

To fully compare the job benefits (ignoring that i probably dont have any affinity with Finance)

The investment firm:

3500 euros starting salary

Guaranteed 200-300 euro raise every year up to 5000 a month. after which instead of extra cash ul get more paid vacation/other benefits (company car etc.)

10% annual profit bonus

No set working hours. My brother basically said that as long as the employee meets their monthly target he doesn't really care if said employee works 10 hours or 40 hours for it. Although he discourages working more than 40 saying that if thats the case the targets for that month could just be adjusted slightly in the employees favor.

Hotel:

2200 euros salary after 4 years of work

Apart from the 3% standard raise only big wageshifts in making promotions.

No annual bonus (hotel business duh)

40 hours a week.

If i cut back hugely on my expenses i can (probably might need some loans) make it 2 years working 4 days a week and getting the masters by studying one day a week. But is it worth diving into a field i have likely have no affinity with (and to work with family? i heard its a hardship sometimes)
