I signed a write-up atwork like an idiot and want to know if there was anyway I could convince further parties I was under duress while signing it.

Long story short. I got written up for my “attitude” and signed it without thinking through. I’d like to make the case that I was under duress from fear of unemployment or reduced hours while signing. If it helps it was completely electronic with no witness to sign. What can I do?
