I recently got this job a few months back and so far love everything about it. Obviously theres Pros and Cons but its in my realm of career. I recently got very sick last week and got a doctors note for Wednesday to Friday off. i felt better on friday so i tried coming in but they sent me home. Just came back to work today and this morning and they called me in saying that they understand im sick but i didnt have to take so much time off that week. i was dumbfounded to say the least. they said that my work is absolutely great but i cant be missing so much. i asked my project manager whats the point of me having PTO if i you dont want me to use it. they said its there for “dire emergencies”. But then again the managers leave early every friday? sometimes dont even show up cuz its friday or a day before a holiday cuz they can? Make it make sense
