I worked 41 hours one week and less than that the next. Instead of giving me overtime for the 1 hour I got paid my regular wage for all of the hours I worked. I've had issues with my boss in the past with him refusing to give me a raise and offering me a “promotion” which was a pay cut. It's such a small amount that I'm not sure if it's worth how he will treat me afterwards until I can get another job. Also my state has no laws regarding overtime so it gets deferred to the federal labor standards act in the US.
