only 4 (of the 36) called me back to tell me they were going in a different direction, one of those took 2 months to get back to me. Is it really that hard to send an email saying, “thanks for your time”?
I'm embarrassed that I still don't have a job due to a lack of experience but at the same time, it cannot just be me. What happened to the “teacher shortage” I keep hearing about? I've barely even started my teaching career and I'm already done with the admin part of this career path.
