In short: We got a new full time hire. They are a recent college grad. They spoke to me about their pay. Said they were on a reduced salary (yes a salary for a big company and it is pretty much what they would pay an intern) until their probation period is over. They have a 4 year degree and are absolutely broke. Is this some new business tactic?
