My boss had me turned over my stuff today to my office because it’s my last week with the company. Last day this Friday. He reaches out to me as if I’m still under his thumb. Also, he told my old team to reach out to me as well. Is this ok? I am not on the clock anymore. I don’t mind but planning to have them set up a meeting with me via webex for tracking purposes. Background: No one in my team knows my work and they are scrambling to figure things out.
