While at home i am a top performer in my department but while in the office i do the absolute bare minimum sometimes even less and go on multiple bathroom breaks each hour. If they expect us to commute back into the office while we waste our time and money we might as well make them pay for it. I hope offices completely die within the next 5-10 years. The quicker the better they are completely useless
