Bosses on vacation. Days into having to leave work almost everyday my “boss” decides to thank us for being flexible? Which we never agreed too. And says it’s common for this too happen and not offer any help but to just keep coming to work every morning just for them to say no work to be done and just clean for them? I hate selfish inconsiderate small businesses. This small business doesn’t offer benefits until after 3 years. I’m close to two years. I have two bosses and they both have problems with taking any advice from women it’s very much a masculine problem and women are just dumb and don’t know anything.
