I’m going to try and keep it short. Sorry If I fail.
So yesterday my boss didn’t want to drive all the way to the job (60+ miles round trip for him and I) so I was given the task to take it to him since I live closest. Sure, fine.
I’m new to pulling big trailers (18ft). On the way out, I turned too sharp and the 2 tires on the driver side of the trailer caught a gate rod and popped 1 big ass hole in each.
So now he wants me to pay for it. And I legitimately don’t have the money to buy 2 new tires. I pawned one of my game consoles just to make it this week.
Am I mistaken in thinking it’s illegal for him to force me to pay or be forced to take X days off until it’s paid for?
