Server went down but it’s still my fault

For starters, I do not work in IT. I am an admin assistant. I don't even know where the server is or what it looks like. I have nothing to do with it. The other day everyone was trying to get on a Microsoft Teams meeting but most were not able to. Boss comes raging in at me accusing me of messing with the link. I tell her there's nothing we can do and IT is working on it. She continues to yell at me saying that I should have set up the meeting differently so that this wouldn't happen and that I need to call IT and tell them to fix it. I just walked away because clearly IT is aware of the problem and me calling them is not going to help. There is a conference calling option that I had to jump through a million hoops to get set up for us last year but I guess that's just not good enough. She retired last week THANK GOD. And God bless all you IT specialists out there BTW. It's obviously a thankless job.
