I've been getting shafted at work. My schedule always seems to have the worst days. I work 3+ evenings and majority of the weekends. My days of are hardly ever together.
Boss man says its all evened out and we all work more or less the same amount of bad times. Policy even says no one should have priority over the better shifts. I don't have kids and feel this is being used as an excuse to run me ragged. I understand needing to have their kids driven to practice on Saturdays, needing off for a school play, etc. But I've been taking pictures for 3 months now and it clearly goes beyond that.
Any program people know to compare schedules to show bias? Otherwise I'll spend my one day off compiling a spreadsheet and tally it out.
