I have a meeting with EEO office today regarding my boss and accusations of Favoritism and Retaliation. I am terrified!

as the title says, my boss has been accused of favoritism of other people that are the same ethnicity (promoted a not so great consultant to a 140K annual paid employee, now that person is making more than his boss [not the boss in question] and his boss didnt even want to promote him but he had to since She [boss in question] wanted him to get the raise) and also there are accusations of retaliatory behavior. Most of this is certainly true. When a previous employee fought for a raise, she deemed that person a “Trouble Maker” and she goes out of her way to give that person a terrible review each year. The problem is that these issues are systemic and my boss's boss is likely doing it also. I know that if I said something, then somehow it would get out that I am the person that…
