My boss volunteered me for an assignment I was not available for, for the last time. I have disliked this company since I started here 9 months ago. 100% billable hours, no overtime just straight time.
My PTO was also to be used for my sick time and vacation time and the 7 holidays that are “mandatory” to use PTO for. One time she took hours off of my timesheet. Because of the billable policy I was required to take 8 hours PTO twice, on days that I was in the office doing non-billable work.
I never even accomplished anything there. Just did menial tasks which I was assigned. I felt so empty and like I have so much more potential. I wish that it wasn't this way but without leaving your comfort zone comes no growth. So here I am uncomfortable and ready for another opportunity.
