Don’t take a helpdesk or callcenter job!!!

There is no call center that is worth your mental health. Those places will most likely make you depressed and give you anxiety. The IT helpdesk is especially toxic. Usually it is the entry position in an IT company. (If you want to work in IT try to get certifications etc to skip it) People try to bs and claim it gives you experience but in reality you end up doing the same thing over and over again, and making tickets sending problems to different groups. it is essentially a callcenter + you have to fix stuff. Everybody hates it, but people suffer threw it to get promoted. Normally they stay 1-3 years there. It is plagued with toxic managers/micromanagement, Sometimes rude calls etc, and if HR or management doesn't like you, or you call them out on their behaviour/incompetence, (like i did lol), well you might get trapped there…

My situation wasn't extremely tragic.
I was working remotely from home, they paid me welI because I was working with german (normally the money is bad).

It was still enough to give me anxiety and one mental breakdown tho.

Thank God I had the opportunity to stand up for myself and tell management etc what i think of them and their behaviour and quit before they could fire me.

I spend 4 months including (1 month training aka doing nothing) and 23 days, and honestly I regret not doing it earlier.

Remember to always prioritize your mental health, and if possible to have some savings, to always be in a decent position quit.
Love y'all God bless :).
