Hey y’all I’ve been trying to read but regarding a salaried non exempt worker who works 40 hrs what are the legal requirements in CA, USA in regards to lunch breaks and/or 10 min breaks (if any).
I ask because the HR staff has said a couple of times to others that they can bother me it’s ok because I’m Salaried when I’m on my lunch. And it has happened.
I have 30 minutes and no breaks. It used to be 1 hr lunch, but I asked for 30 so I may leave 30 min earlier any thoughts?
