I want to ask for a discount on my rent which is currently 1,400 a month. It’s a guy no Corp. he’s really the best Lanlord you could ask for. I want to offer cash up front I can do up to 2 months in advance right now. Is it weird, nor average to do this? If not how much could I ask for off and is it even worth it to not have documentation of paying my rent?
