So it's me again, last time I posted here was my boss threatening that my tips could be taken away if she wanted. That was 2 months ago, and also the last time I or anyone else got tips here. I'm starting to think I should report this as wage theft. As a call to the DOL last time confirmed it would be. What do you all think? Also should I get written confirmation from the others first?
