Put my notice in yesterday because they argued about giving me 2% raise. My boss went to bat and fought for me and I got 1.98% raise. Today they posted my position with a salary range 50% more than I make now. I was so upset and felt so betrayed. Good thing I haven't written down any of my notes. In my notice letter I said I would write detailed notes and train others. Packing my stuff up tomorrow and calling out sick for the next three weeks.
