I Finally Gave My Notice

After 14 months of being the only manager over a restaurant that ran 14 shifts a week, plus catering. After nothing but 6 day, 60+ hour weeks. After 2 months of 6 kitchen shifts a week when we only had 2 cooks to cover both breakfast and dinner shifts but upper management encouraged it because it was the “slow season” but still expected me to do all of my managerial duties on top of it. After ditto for another 6 weeks when we had no servers and had to cover all of those shifts. Now they have fired both our bartenders, one for cause, one for bullshit, and I'm scrambling to cover 80hrs a week behind the bar. They have gotten rid of our HR person, accountant and Sales and Event coordinator, so now we have to deal with all hiring, finance and catering issues among myself and two equally…
