Hello,
I am attempting to unionize a chain store. I need to know some tactics to unionize and some support to get this done. I am a restaurant worker, have been denied advancement, and stuck in a dead-end job. I have talked with several workers at this shithole about it. I am hoping to get 46 out of 90 something to sign on to this.
Problems: The GM is very charismatic and a lot of people respect the piss out of him. The servers make decent money, so they might not be on board. Bartenders are afraid of retailation.
Is victory possible? If we unionize successfully, I will post updates and deliver.
