New Point System At Work

Throw away account for various reasons. My boss at work implemented a new point system for tardiness. The points work on a six month cycle. just some examples of the new system: 2 points for calling sick, 1 point for leaving work sick, 1/2 a point for working an entire shift but forgetting to clock in, etc. at 4 points we get a verbal warning, at 6 points we get a written warning, at 7 points we are subject to potentially termination. So basically if I call in twice to work for being sick in the span of six months i get a verbal warning, if i call in sick three times in the span of six months i get written up. All of this for the average worker at this job making $11 an hour and being extremely understaffed with a high turn over rate. I’ve been here two…
