Getting dismissed for new policy which I’ve never signed

I work for company which sends me to people home to do repairs of things over there, recently they are installing dashcams (recording me while driving) and they sent a policy to sign, which I never did as pretty much everyone I know in the company, today they sent me a disciplinary email saying that I could be terminated, Can they do it? They sent me a video where I was using phone while driving… if I’m dismissed can I sue them?
