Those who went back to office in hybrid model, how is that going?

We started going back in March after 2 years and it’s still rough. Many days are pointless to be there bc not everyone shows up and you’re still in virtual meetings anyway. Spending more on gas and lunch bc can’t get a routine. Hard to get up in the AM.
