Creating an online avenue for forming unions

I'm not very familiar with all the necessary steps required to create a union. I have seen stories of workers attempting to unionize and then getting shut down as management finds out. Would it be possible to use r/antiwork or create a new subreddit where users could provide their employers' name, location, approximate number of employees and whatever other information may be necessary to help organize a union. We could then keep a tracker of the requests. If we get 80 requests from users at an Amazon warehouse in say Chicago that employs approximately 100 people we could then proceed to help them unionize through reddit making it easier on them and hopefully provide better working conditions and salaries to thousands. I'd need some help and guidance but I'd be willing to do a ton of lifting.
